Sprø {adjective}: crisp, crispy, crazy, mad. We brewed this experimental Norwegian lagered ale with a very particular Kveik yeast strain and were able to produce a very light, and extremely drinkable beer that is almost indistinguishable from a central European lager. It is dry, light to medium bodied, and finishes with slightly floral notes from generous additions of classic noble hop varieties.
5.1% ABV | 18 IBU

Love you guys!

We discovered Ridge Rock Brewing just as the pandemic was beginning in 2020. We absolutely love 'em -- great beer and fast and friendly service. We continue to order from them, even though the lockdowns have long ended. Thanks
